By accessing or using BassCam, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Free Experimental Service
BassCam is currently provided free of charge as an experimental entertainment and creative application.
Providing the application for free does not grant users ownership of BassCam’s original graphics, code, designs, or intellectual property and does not grant rights to intellectual property belonging to third parties.
Use at Your Own Risk
BassCam is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Use BassCam at your own risk.
Your Projects
You remain entirely responsible for projects, media, equipment, decisions, exports, publications, and other activity performed using BassCam.
BassCam does not approve, certify, inspect, or guarantee user projects.
User Content
You retain whatever rights you already possess in content you select for processing.
Selecting content in BassCam does not transfer ownership of that content to BassCam.
If processing occurs locally and no upload takes place, BassCam receives no license beyond the temporary technical processing necessary to provide the requested functionality.
You may only use material you are legally permitted to use.
Prohibited Uses
Users may not intentionally use BassCam to:
- violate applicable law
- infringe intellectual-property rights
- impersonate another company or person
- distribute malware
- interfere with the operation of the service
- attempt unauthorized access to BassCam infrastructure
- misrepresent BassCam as being endorsed by another company
- remove notices intended to identify third-party ownership or legal rights
Driving Safety
BassCam should not be operated in a way that distracts a driver. Configure, edit, or interact with BassCam only when it is safe and lawful to do so.
Service Availability
BassCam may be changed, suspended, updated, or discontinued at any time.
There is no guarantee that features, project compatibility, visual assets, browser support, or functionality will remain permanently available.
No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BassCam is provided without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, compatibility, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BassCam and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages connected with the use of BassCam.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
