- subwoofers
- amplifiers
- electrical system
- computer
- mobile device
- recording equipment
- video project
- social-media project
- content
- hardware
- software
- or other project
Users remain solely responsible for determining whether their equipment, content, media, and intended use are appropriate and lawful.
Nothing displayed by BassCam should be interpreted as professional audio, automotive, electrical, engineering, hearing-safety, or other professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BassCam and its creator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages resulting from use of or inability to use BassCam.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations or exclusions of liability, so portions of these limitations may not apply to every user.
Audio and Equipment Safety
BassCam may visually simulate high-powered car audio systems, subwoofer movement, amplifiers, sound pressure, or other audio-system behavior.
These simulations are entertainment visualizations and must not be interpreted as installation instructions, equipment ratings, engineering calculations, or representations of safe operating limits.
Users are responsible for operating their real audio equipment safely and within manufacturer specifications.
Excessive sound levels may damage hearing or equipment.
BassCam assumes no responsibility for damage caused to speakers, amplifiers, electrical systems, vehicles, computers, hearing, or other equipment as a result of decisions made by a user.
Do not operate or interact with BassCam in a manner that distracts you while driving.
Driving Safety
BassCam should not be operated in a way that distracts a driver. Configure, edit, or interact with BassCam only when it is safe and lawful to do so.
Your Media
You are responsible for any audio, music, photographs, video, graphics, recordings, or other media that you choose to use with BassCam.
By selecting media for use with BassCam, you confirm that you have the rights, permissions, licenses, or other authorization necessary for your intended use.
BassCam does not grant you rights to music, recordings, videos, trademarks, images, or other material owned by another person or company.
Creating a video with BassCam does not automatically give you permission to publish copyrighted music or other copyrighted material on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, or another platform.
Users are responsible for complying with the copyright rules, music licenses, community guidelines, and terms of any platform where their content is published.
BassCam is not responsible for:
- copyright claims
- copyright strikes
- content removals
- muted audio
- demonetization
- platform restrictions
- trademark complaints
- licensing disputes
- or other claims resulting from media selected or published by a user
